About
Blakeney Lodge
Blakeney Lodge provides a safe, caring, homelike environment for older people from all backgrounds. The 30-place low care residential aged community provides 24-hour care and supervision, seven days a week. Residents are offered a range of activities and outings. They can also develop their computer skills, maintain a gardening plot, grow vegetables or care for Blakeney Lodge's animals.
All residents enjoy their own bedroom. Five rooms have ensuite bathrooms, while the other 25 rooms have shared bathroom facilities with one other resident.
Staff pride themselves on developing an excellent rapport with the residents in their care.
Family and friends are warmly welcomed. Residents are encouraged to retain their independence and are free to come and go, as well as enjoy the hostel's extensive peaceful gardens.
